Updating the EU ECL Banner Component to include the EU ECL Video Component via the {{ video }} slot.

Implementation Steps

Update Metadata:
- Add the video slot to the banner component’s .component.yml file.

Modify Twig Template:
- Add logic to render {{ video }} if provided.
