Problem/Motivation

We need to find out where/how it's possible to see the ddev command output in github. We need to have this available for ourselves + for people to see and understand what's going on. We might have to check with ddev guys.

E.g. This output is not visible in the termnial.

I refactored the codespaces setup, what makes this work. it's all shown when using devcontainers locally, codespaces show it once you create "view build output" in the appearing tooltip or open "view creation log". that's just how things work at codespaces.

Additionally I managed to show some default output in the opening terminal what gives some usage instructions.
