Problem/Motivation

If you use patch from https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/85494, the unsafe token mail-change-url is missing which leads to problems with verification mail change template tokens

Steps to reproduce

Apply patch
"#85494: Use email verification when changing user email addresses Use email verification when changing user email addresses": "https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2024-02-08/85494_447_10_2_3.patch"

Try to use [user:mail-change-url] as [easy_email:recipient_uid:0:entity:mail-change-url]

Proposed resolution

Add mail change token as unsafe one
