Problem
The home page meta description was erroneously configured to use a token for a non-existent field. It is fixed to reference the correct token.
How to fix it
- Go to /admin/config/search/metatag/front (Configuration > Search and metadata > Metatag)
- Edit 'Front page' settings
- Modify the description token to be
[node:field_seo_description|node:field_description]
