Problem

Previously the Update Manager module was not configured to check for updates of uninstalled modules and themes. This can have unexpected consequences if a site owner applies a recipe that installs an outdated module.

How to fix it

  1. Go to /admin/reports/updates/settings (Admin > Reports > Available updates > Settings)
  2. Enable 'Check for updates of uninstalled modules and themes' and save
