The module description in extension page states "An attempt to port unique field module to drupal 8".
This module is module seems complete and Drupal 8 hasn't been supported for a while so I guess we should put back the old description: "Provides content validation requirement that a node's author, language, taxonomy terms, or other fields are unique.".
Or something updated: "Add validation for content, terms or users to have unique fields."

I also think we should have a space between the field name and its machine name: Date(field_date)

Module description updated in the other issue (https://www.drupal.org/project/unique_field/issues/3570360).
Adding space between field name and machine name (like Date (field_date)) is OK / looks better.
