Problem/Motivation

For those of us that have started our sites using Easy Responsive Image, it would be great to document how to migrate the settings over to use this module. I suspect it is all configuration, so we could probably even write a recipe to update all the settings.

Fixed converts to closed fixed after a two week period automatically. Just FYI
