Problem/Motivation

After the recent update introducing the new GitLab CI template, the CI jobs for Stylelint, Cpsell, and PHPCS are no longer functioning correctly.
These jobs need to be reviewed and updated to ensure they work with the new template.

Proposed resolution

Review and update the configurations for the `stylelint`, `cpsell`, and `phpcs` jobs to ensure compatibility with the new GitLab CI template.

Hi @doxigo,
There's still the stylelint job, which I think may have more or less impact. Would you look into this? (I'm not the most knowledgeable on this subject) . If you prefer, we can also ignore it, but this is not necessarily recommended.

I recommend that you test the update following the .module update (normally no impact).
