Problem/Motivation

Cannot install module - "The PHP extension imagick is required to use this module. (Currently using PHP extension imagick version Missing extension)" despite /admin/reports/status/php showing that the module is enabled

Steps to reproduce

Try to install module (i.e. add it within drupal)

Proposed resolution

Uninvert the condition in pdf_to_imagefield.install
