Venue
- Phil will reach out to Tivoli this week to try and nail down dates.
Sponsorships
- 2 invoices out for first two sponsors
- Peter will send out another blast
Tracks
- We will remove "Content and Marketing" and "Drupal Showcase"
- We will add "Project Management and Ownership", "Content Design and UX", "MarTech", "BizDev.
- Deadline for sessions will be May 2nd with invites out by May 16th.
- Matthew will create a new Sessionize Event and point at new pages on the Drupal Colorado site for free license.
Marketing Support
- Phil and Drake are working on the Buffer campaign. Matthew suggested using ChatGPT to create a bunch of posts that could be added. Reviewing the newsletter templates as well.
IT/AV Chair
- Phil has talked to Joel. Waiting on his agreement to chair.
Keynote
- Matthew will put together a form or spreadsheet for people to make nominations
