Name Fields/Menu Issues

I have added a shared_ prefix to my sequences table and it is disrupting my ability to create new menu items. How do I update the 'name' fields in the sequences table to reflect the shared_ prefix as this seems to be the way to solve the problem I am having. Thanks.
