Primary menu dropdown css [#349945]

Could someone please tell me how I can make the sub menu items drop down on every menu item in the primary menu rather than just on the current page?

Go to:

/admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links

Admin > Menus > Primary links

To enable the drop down you check the expand option for the parent menu item.
