Update to last composer

Problem/Motivation

I want to update to gin_toolbar ^2.0 and have this from your module:

- drupal/gin_toolbar_custom_menu is locked to version 1.0.3 and an update of this package was not requested.
- drupal/gin_toolbar_custom_menu 1.0.3 requires drupal/gin_toolbar ^1.0@RC -> found drupal/gin_toolbar[1.0.0] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^2.0).
