Link to fontawesome javascript returns 403

Problem/Motivation

The layoutcomponents.libraries.yml file includes a link to a fontawesome kit: https://kit.fontawesome.com/42fec296be.js

This URL is no longer accessible and returns a 403 response. A a result most of the icons are not working.
