Problem/Motivation

In European Union (and maybe other countries) changes in the user's Browser (like settings Cookied, sessionStorage or localStorage) need consent or must be technically necessary for the provision of the requested service.

You set the localStorage before the user can consent or interact with your service.

Steps to reproduce

Install module and place block.

Proposed resolution

Only set state open and don use collapsed state.
