Adjust help text for lottie url [#3493203]

Problem/Motivation

After the update that includes issue https://www.drupal.org/project/lottiefiles_field/issues/3461419 the help text should be updated to reflect the changes.
The help text of the Lottiefile URL field still states "This must be an external JSON file URL such as https://assets3.lottiefiles.com/packages/lf20_1gqj80jh.json" although relative Urls are allowed now.
