Anonymous (not verified) commentedDoes it add it to the queue? If you go to install, does it add it?
bcn commentedYes, it seems that the modules that need to be updated do get added to the queue, but as the original poster describes, it is a bit confusing when you click the submit button on admin/plugin_manager/update, and nothing seems to change....

jabapyth commentedSorry about that -- I've just committed a fix to the dev version.

kbell commentedA few days ago it behaved as described in previous issue. NOW, when I try and update, I get checkboxes to check the modules I want to update, and then when I hit submit, all it does is show DONE in status bar, but nothing changes on the screen. No more selecting the checksums, no more next stages reverting to the Install page, and certainly no update is happening. Help?
Thanks,
kelly Bell

kbell commentednote that my site is NOT in offline mode, and I have attached a list of the modules with which I'm working, in case there's a known conflict.
Thanks,

mainer commentedHope I am not hijacking the issue here... but update does not work on my site as well. I click the update link, it shows that Drupal needs to be updated (I am at 6.16). I click update and button, and page simply reloads... no error, and nothing seems to happen.

jasondb commentedYup, I've got the exact same thing.
It seems to be specific to the Drupal update. In my case, I had a list of 4 items that needed updating -- 3 modules and Drupal. The module updates worked and were cleared from the list, but not the Drupal update. When returning to the Update tab, Drupal is still there with the box checked, clicking "Install Updates" initiates the request, but the page refreshes back exactly as it was with no messages. It is pretty fast, too, < 5 sec for me so I doubt the request is getting very far.
Anyone got any ideas on this?

jasondb commentedTwo potentially related: http://drupal.org/node/763158 and http://drupal.org/node/832464 ?
