Release notes

First (real) alpha with 11 compatibility. It comes with a lot of things working as it should, just waiting to be used be some peers to be reviewed, then, as project gets RTBC will talk about releasing.
- Now it comes by default with 3 new nextcloud media types (document, image and video).
- It comes with updated vue filepicker -> v1.0.6 with some minor changes.
- It has dedicated formatters for common use cases: Public preview, video, link, metadata.
- Better thumbnail logics.
- Better integration with social auth nextcloud.
