Focus is lost

Problem/Motivation

Seems with the update to the latest shepherd there may be an accessibility issues.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a tour
2. (Bug) see that focus is not visible
3. Click tab once
4. (Bug) focus still is not visible (where is it going).

Could be there is some css or js from our side we no longer need but that's TBD

Focus should be visible while tabbing
