CheckoutOrderTest::testCacheMetadata() started failing with core > 10.3 due to #2951814: Improve X-Drupal-Cache and X-Drupal-Dynamic-Cache headers, even for responses that are not cacheable.
We need to test that X-Drupal-Cache contains "UNCACHEABLE" on core > 10.3.
