When using behaviors, the tabs toggle between "Content" and "Behavior" appear at the top and apply to all paragraphs.
If the content has many paragraphs, it can be confusing for the user. Although the tabs are sticky, they don't look very good.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a behavior plugin for paragraphs and activate it.
- Create content with paragraphs and see where the content/behavior tabs appear.
Proposed resolution
Display a button to toggle between content and behavior individually on each paragraph.
Create a new general paragraphs configuration to allow using this new functionality instead of tabs.
