Problem/Motivation

We've always had social gatherings in the evenings of Camp, at locations away from the event venue. Attendance has been lagging, however, and one reason is the travel to another location. Another reason is time. Attendees don't necessarily want to give both their full day and evenings to camp.

Proposed resolution

We should have a happy hour onsite for attendees, held at the venue during business hours.

Working with the Campus Club, we have planned a happy hour onsite for the first day of Camp. From 4-5pm, a cash bar and free appetizers will be offered to all attendees in the West Wing.
