You do not need to be able to do both, seperate people for each task is ok.
I need someone to do some theming for a blog based site. Basic colors will be blue and black, a site logo will be provided.
For plugins, i need someone with experience in comment systems, to make it so comments are possible but only visible to the user that posted them and to show them any admin replies to their comments.
I require this asap. Provide me with your Skype or other messenger information.
