Allow for disabling block for other than first page of View

Problem/Motivation

The AI Summary doesn't make much sense on subsequent pages of view, because it would summary sub-par rows.

Proposed resolution

Add a tickbox in block configuration, allowing user to disable the block for subsequent view pages.
