If you go to /en/admin/content/browser and add media you will get a popup modal form to add the image.
Select the Image and you will not get any alt suggestion.
Once you save the image then only you will get the alt tag, and which is got save, now to review editor have re-edit the image content and do the changes

shani mauryaI have resolved this issue and now I'm able to see the alt tag while adding the image from Media Directories at this path /en/admin/content/browser.
