By following the documentation, I was able to install additional modules CL Devel, UI Patterns and Experience Builder. The experience builder page showed up, and I could create new section, add components into section, etc. The documentation looks good!

There is a known issue which is reported here https://www.drupal.org/project/experience_builder/issues/3466531 , when I navigate to /admin/modules , an error page shows up.
