Problem/Motivation

With the Drupal 11 update, we will bump the version requirements for the module. Therefore, we can also assume that users are running higher PHP versions. Consequently, we can refactor the code a little, e.g., for property promotion. Also, increasing the analysis level to 8 for PHPStan.

Note: Depends on the Drupal 11 changes in #3459603: Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for estimated_read_time!
