Problem/Motivation

Address autocomplete doesn't define dependency on the core/drupal.autocomplete library. If this library is not already loaded autocomplete doesn't work and browser reports the error:

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'extractLastTerm')

Proposed resolution

Explicitly state dependency on the core/drupal.autocomplete library.
