Problem/Motivation

The current PDF metadata module lacks the ability to configure Ghostscript parameters. Adding a configuration form will allow users to adjust settings, such as image quality, to meet their specific needs, enhancing flexibility and functionality.

Proposed resolution

Add an admin configuration setting form to allow for parameter changes.
