Problem/Motivation

We could be using README.md instead of README.txt to make use of the nicer rendering via markdown.

There are a few minor issues with the formatting in the README file.

We could be using README.md instead of README.txt and follow the format pattern in the README.md template.

I checked in v1.1.0 and I verified that there's a README.md file in that version and the README.md's content is following Drupal README.md template
