Overview

Follow-up for #3456084: Add initial implementation of primary menu.

Replace the current placeholder search bar with a functional search that can search through different components and templates.

It's possible it may still be too early to do this as we only have a handful of components that are under "Default components".

(And per #3462413: Implement the updated insert menu and layers panel, that's now called the "insert" menu.)

Sorry @bhuvaneshwar. There are some changes regarding this in the designs that we are getting in a hand-off next week. To avoid wasting work, I think it would be best to avoid working on this until then.
