Not sure when this changed, but the tabeldrag handle position moved from being aligned with the icon:
To being vertically centred.

riddhi.addweb commented@Primsi I have applied the patch but when I add a paragraph to the content type and try to add the content I am getting "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 69632 bytes) in /var/lib/tugboat/stm/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Field/WidgetBase.php on line 626" this Error.

berdir#2642810: UX improvements for nested paragraphs was the old issue for this.

lmoeniThe merged changes from this issue result in the drag and drop button being misaligned when it is collapsed or while editing. It's not aligned with the text anymore.
Tested with Drupal 10.3.1/10.3.2 and Paragraph 1.18.

berdirI suggest creating a new issue. The Screenshot looks like a non Standard Icon/Admin theme, can you reproduce this with claro?

lmoeniI created a new issue for it. I use Claro as my backend theme but I think they changed the icon in 10.3. It looks different in 10.2.
