Problem/Motivation

Segment cloning can be useful to create multiple variations of the same segment without configuring a new segment saving some time.

Proposed resolution

Create link, route, form, confirmation dialog and cloning code. Make it work the same as deleting a segment in first commit here #3466248: [META] Ajaxify prompt engineering form
