When using exposed location filters in blocks, though the operator appears, the field to fill in the name of city, state, country or zipcode does not. If I untick "Exposed form in block" , but do not remove the block from admin/build/block the operators show up in both the block and at the top of the page, but the fields only appear in the block. The forms at the top of the page are missing the fields? They re-appear if I uncheck "unlock operator".
