Problem/Motivation

Gitlab shows an error: The default branch of this project clashes with another ref
this prevents creating proper issue forks from a valid 2.0.x branch (fork is created from old branch).

Steps to reproduce

- Navigate to gitlab - error is displayed
- Create issue fork - fork created from outdated branch

Proposed resolution

Delete tag: 2.0.x (it clashes with branch name 2.0x)

I'm happy to maintain the module to resolve #3445609: Naming of project/namespace is not up to convention and #3445605: Gitlab: The default branch of this project clashes with another ref.
Cannot contact the maintainer so will create the issue.
