The Problem

hook_help is used to place general form use content:

This layout builder tool allows you to configure the blocks in the navigation toolbar.
Forms and links inside the content of the layout builder tool have been disabled

into the 'layout form'. This content would not be here if Help is disabled!

Solution

  • move helpful info the form with markup/inline item.
  • add second sentence directly to 'preview toggle' checkbox
  • adjust weight of overall form items.
