Dependency inhjection on DoiFieldFormatter and Drupal coding standards

Problem/Motivation

The DoiFieldFormatter still has a static call to doi_search.manager this should be injected also som minor coding standards should be fixed.

Proposed resolution

Add the construct an create methods and inject the service. Solve minor coding standards.
