This theme (and its sibling, Ability) show tags in Aggregator blocks and on the Aggregator page. The tags are put in Google Alerts feeds. I cannot find a setting in Google Alerts to eliminate the tags.
The Garland theme ignores the tags and does not show the code.
There is a related thread at #311511: HTML tags escaped by aggregator.module for the Zen theme. One person found a solution by editing the (Zen) theme css file. I tried editing, and eventually deleting all theme-related css files, but the problem persists.
I'm not sure where else to look for a solution.
