Problem/Motivation

For some readon I have some image file deleted which makes the "clean" tab crash

Steps to reproduce

generates some pdf thumbnails
go to fiels and delete a file generated (you might need a module to have the delete action)

Proposed resolution

Check the file loaded is not null before trying to delete it
