Error: Undefined constant "Drupal\hero_block\Plugin\Block\FILE_STATUS_PERMANENT" in Drupal\hero_block\Plugin\Block\HeroBlock->blockSubmit() (line 99 of modules/contrib/hero_block/src/Plugin/Block/HeroBlock.php).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Drupal version 10.2.3
  2. Hero block version 8.x-1.3
  3. Install and enable
  4. Navigate to block type overview page
  5. Add block in region and fill the fields
  6. The errors will be show now

I have fixed this issue "Undefined constant Drupal\hero_block\Plugin\Block\FILE_STATUS_PERMANENT" and also create patch,
please review and verify.
