Provide Support for Meta Tags for Users

The module is fantastic to manage meta tags around nodes, views, and taxonomy terms, but does not support user accounts. I added some similar functionality to the handling of nodes for user accounts using a hook_user() function and a modification to the nodewords_get() function.
