Footer menus are not styled as footer first region styled See attached screenshot for better understanding.

Steps to reproduce

Install the theme and enable it. Go to the block layout and place the block in the footer first, second, third, and fourth region. See the styling of footer menus items

Verified MR4 on 9.5.x, the footer menu is styled. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++

Thanks @shweta__sharma for reporting and addressing the issue. I've cross checked again and yes now the issue is resolved after applying the patch, also the changes look reasonable. The footer menu styling looks much better and cohesive this time. Hence I'm moving this forward to fixed :)
