I can clone it but I cannot install it. I asked in the #la_eu community slack as there is an error on installation.
I will keep you posted (via this issue).

Following instructions here https://www.drupal.org/project/la_eu/issues/3404467 made it work. I will document the process.

I added a few readme files, which also generate this documentation page: https://project.pages.drupalcode.org/la_es/

Everything is a big WIP as I just started playing with it. We should set goals in our next meeting.
