@evgen, Tested the patch drupal-10-compatibility-3413966-1.patch on Drupal version 10.2, The patch was applied successfully and looks good to me.

Testing Results:
After applying the patch, the Drupal 10 compatibility issue was fixed. sharing before & after results. RTBC++
