Paragraph access check using incorrect revision of its parent, leading to issues editing and viewing paragraphs when content moderation is involved.

Proposed resolution

• Add the patch for #3090200: Paragraph view access check using incorrect revision of its parent, leading to issues viewing paragraphs when reverted host entities or content moderation is used
• Add this patch on the 10.0.x and 9.1.x branches, which works with Drupal ~10
• NOT to add this patch on the 9.0.x branch with Drupal ~9
  

  Drupal 9 had the following issue fixed
  #3053881: Reverting entity revisions that contain custom blocks erroneously triggers EntityChangedConstraint
