Override registerCoreBlocks()

Override registerCoreBlocks() function from Block Library package.

The override function should take into account the enabled blocks from content type configuration and maybe theme configuration. This will allow to avoid re-registering and registering again core blocks. It will also avoid new core blocks from newer versions of Gutenberg to appear.
