Remove live version in history if entity is not that changeset

Problem/Motivation

The "Live" changeset added by `cps_review` in the entity history could cause confusion when the entity is not published in that version.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new site version
2. Create an node
3. Create another new site version
4. Create another node
5. Publish the site version
6. Return to the first site version and check the article history
7. Notice that the second live version is listed

Proposed resolution

Add a variable to remove that line and label the last archived site version, if any, as "Last published"
