The year-01-01 00:00:00 time is left out from filtering

Problem/Motivation

If we have content with date year-01-01 00:00:00 and we are filtering to year, we can't get neither in year nor in year-1.

Steps to reproduce

Using this module to filter your contents based on year.
If your contents has date ex: 2023-01-01 00:00:00 the content will not be displayed neither for 2023 nor for 2022.

Proposed resolution

We should include the 00:00:00 as first minute of the new year.
