Add filetype validation to video upload field

As it is now, ANY file can be uploaded as a video, would be awesome if files were validated to avoid this. (I've had a problem on my video sharing site where people seem to love uploading zip files with the vids inside... even if there was a way to disallow certain filetypes rather than making a massive array of supported extensions)
