Problem/Motivation

It would be great to specify some HTML formatted text to be placed on top of the checkbox. This would allow to provide additional information and multiple links to terms and condition pages.

I decided to add a description to the agreement checkbox. In this description, you can include a link, for example, to the additional agreement.
